There are two different places you could possibly manage your DNS with Quantum Core. We have one platform for domain's and another platform for hosting packages.
Both platforms use the same nameservers:
ns1.quantumcore.com.au
ns2.quantumcore.com.au
ns3.quantumcore.com.au
Scenario 1) You have a hosting package with Quantum Core but your domain name is with another provider. You have pointed your domain's nameservers to Quantum Core.
In this case, you will manage your DNS from your cPanel Hosting package. You can add additional domains as Addon Domains which will also be able to utilise Quantum Core's DNS platform.
Scenario 2) You have both your domain(s) and hosting package(s) with Quantum Core.
In this scenario, you would still manage your DNS from your cPanel Hosting package.
Scenario 3) You have your domain with Quantum Core and no hosting package. You wish to utilise our free DNS hosting.
Finally, in this scenario, you can access the DNS Manager from the Client Area > Domains > Manage DNS (or click HERE). From here, you can create a new zone by clicking the "Add New Zone" button below the corresponding domain. It will ask for an IP address. This is the IP address which you want our DNS Template to build from. You can modify the records afterwards. In most cases, in the IP address field you'd enter the IP of the webserver.
As an example, if you entered 203.28.238.1 in the IP address field, you'd get this template (which you can completely modify/change anyway):
| NAME | TYPE | TTL | RDATA |
|---|---|---|---|
